A slow but strong practice oriented to gripping and releasing tension in and out from the body, and from life. We’ll use strengtheners and steady movement central to the core, hamstrings and glutes. As for somatics – we’ll access old holds in the body, to shift to the trust and surrender of being held and in trust. Kindly Note: There was a mic glitch when recording this class.
